The building is a large postwar construction, condo, and has full time doorman, elevators, laundry facilities. It is a clean and well maintained building. The apartment is on the 6th floor.

Some art works hang on the walls. The room has a nice cozy atmosphere. A large bay window overlooks a view on the city around. It is bright during the day and very quiet.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The master bedroom, with its private bathroom, looks like a private suite. The room is 200 square feet, and has a private hallway off which you find the bathroom. The kitchen is for share, but not the rest of the apartment. It is an independent share situation.
The bedroom 1 has two large double bay windows looking at North and East, it is very bright. The room is fully furnished with queen size bed, a double chest of drawers, 2 night stands with lovely lamps, a large desk, 2 chairs, a chaise lounge, a bench, an antique mirror and nice art works on the walls. The room has its private phone line (just have to be set), air conditioner and its own thermostat for the heating. There is an extra large closet.
The bathroom has tub, sink, toilet, mirror and small cabinet. It is tiled.
This accommodation is very clean and quiet.
The kitchen is of limited use. No cooking allowed. The microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster are for share, and dished are provided. A large window brightens this room.
