I am currently renting a room in a three bedroom apartment and my roommate will be leaving on December 16th. So I need someone by at least at the end of December. If you like to move in right after Decmeber 16th, you can. We shared one and half bathrooms and kitchen. Street Parking only.
About the room.
It is a Master Bedroom, biggest room in the apartment with walk in closet. The monthly rent is only $675.00 and utilities range between $80-95 for each per month( also depend on how much we utilized electric, gas and water). Utilities included Timewarner Cable TV ( Digital cable ), Roadrunner extreme High speed wireless internet, water, electric,and Gas. The deposit is $500.
Shopping center is at the corner of the street, and 2 blocks away from culver city center. There is Big Blue Bus stop right next to the apartment, and metro bus stop is at the corner. Only 10 mins away from UCLA or SMC.
A little bit about roommates.
I live with my girlfriend in my room, and my other roommate lives in another room. He is very quiet and always stay in his room. I am an undergraduate student at UCLA, and my girlfriend goes to SMC. We are very quiet and clean.
We are looking for someone who
is Quiet
Must be Non-Smoker, Drug Free.
Must be clean (clean up after yourself right away).
Must be Financially stable and responsible (pay rent and utilites on time.)
No pets.
Female Prefer.
No lease required. It is a month to month agreement. But need to fillout an background check application and sumit $30 to our landlord.
