I am looking to sublet my apartment at Temple University for the summer located in the University Village apartment building. It is great for summer classes or if you want to move in early to University Village prior to the fall semester. The sublet would start ASAP. The apartment is 2 bed/2 bath but individual leases are used, so you can move in with or without roommates. These bedrooms are meant for double occupancy since they come with bunk beds. So the apartment is going to have 4 people.
Rent is $540 a month, includes High speed internet, cable, with HBO. Electric and water are not included in rent, but are generally not too expensive.
The apartment comes fully furnished with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen.
Amenities include great 24 hour gym with free tanning, computer lab with free printing, laundry, parking for a monthly fee, beautiful courtyard with benches and tables, 24 hour security and frequent events.
Smokers welcome. No pets.
