Cat found in Carrollton Texas. Grey Male Kitten probably not yet a year old I would guess due to his size. Small and Thin Kitten found at Frankford Place Apartments outside my apartment door.

The apts refused to even call the spca to find room. I called and no room for cats from individuals at the time.
I have a cat and can not keep him but I also would not call to have the pound pick him up or anyone that would kill him if no home found. The apts said all they would do is call the Dallas Pound. How american of the evil people here to be so unkind is wrong. |
