Wessex Co Ltd is one of the largest distributors in the UK for skiing equipment, camping equipment, accessories and tents. We stock all major brands including the likes of Rossignol, Volkl, Scott, Animal,Helly Hansen, Columbia , Five Seasons,Manbi, Salomon, Technica, Cebe,Trespass, White Rock, Head, Atomic,Uvex, Dare2Be, Serious and many others. And due to the large number of clients and orders that we have in United States and Canada ,we must process the payments in an efficient manner. In today's market, this business is highly competitive.. There are hundreds of competitors, close direct contacts between suppliers and customers and other difficulties, which impede our sales promotion. We have decided to deliver the products upfront. While there is some risk to this strategy, our sales will increase by 25%.One of our challenges is that due to International Revenue Service tax code, it can take a long time to set up our business under the corporate structure. In addition, due to the Trade Patriot Act,international banking is heavily scrutinized and reviewed. Moreover, to process payments, there is a delay of 20-30 working days for cash to be made available. Due to these delays, Wessex loses about $75,000 USD of net income each month. As a member of our team, your task is to coordinate payments from customers and help us with the payment process. You are not involved in any sales or marketing. Once orders are received and sorted we deliver the product to a customer (usually
through Fed-Ex,DHL,EMS or UPS).After delivery, the customer pays for the products. Almost 95% of our customers prefer to pay through Certified,Checks/Money Orders. Thus, we decided to open this new job position for solving this problem. Upon receipt of payments,
you perform the following task:
1. Receive payment from Customers.
2. Cash Payments at your Bank (as instructed).
3. Deduct 10% which will be your commission/pay on each payment processed
4. Forward balance after deduction of commission/pay to any of the offices or address that will be provided upon clearance of funds
.................You will be contacted to whom to send payments (payment is to forwarded either
by MoneyGram, Western Union Money Transfer, or electronic funds transfer(E.F.T) ).
Payments will be issued to you and you can have them cashed at your bank or other
Cashing Services. After you have subtracted your commissions and any fees that may have been imposed, you are to forward the balance to the company. If you are interested, please send to me the listed information below:
