This experienced hire is needed for Book-keeping , Applying Cash and making deposits, identifying and resolving issues affecting timely account payment and performing analysis on the accounts receivable cycle ,Applying Cash and making deposits,Provide back-up support and general assistance to the Accounts Payable ,Reconcile Vendor Accounts ,Collects Payment,Weekly Check Run and Expense Report Processing, Will review for additional collections efforts (including contact with customer upper management) or recommend suspension of the account. ,Responsible for maintenance of a limited collections portfolio ,Generate invoices and credit memo, apply cash receipts, resolve account payment descrepancies. and other Office Offline Jobs to enable the Company been Run effectively and to let it arrive at its Organistaional Goals and Mission
Requirements are as Follows:
High School Dipolma, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 1-2 years of solid accounts receivable experience,Bank reconciliation experience,Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and internet experience, excellent communication skills, be detail oriented & organized
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and internet experience.
* Superior oral and written communications skills as well as excellent telephone etiquette
* Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
* The ability to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team
