Air clean system inc is seeking for a prospectus accounts receivable manager to join their team we are hereby request for qualified candidates to fill the vacant that is open at the our company now for immediate resume for work.Responsibilities:data entry and processing of invoices from national and local facilities.Determine correct company coding; create batch; perform checks and balances on batch for accuracy; post batch.Pay invoices within company-determined guidelines to avoid late charges Process rail invoices either manually or through electronic system Process common carrier invoices Run analysis report and create check run on weekly basis enter new vendors.Follow up by sending copies of W-9 forms for company tax identification numbers Complete all data entry and processing within deadlines for month-end balance and close procedures Processing of company account weekly.Requirements
